Cardinal Shower is pleased to announce our new line of thermally formed art glass designs, a technique we call Ultra Optique (R) Glass. This new glass incorporates a revolutionary and innovative kiln casting process that integrates the rich textural elements of kiln formed glass with unobstructed, optically clear areas or patterns, creating an effect that is striking and original. This glass is available for both shower and architectural applications.

Cast and clear glass can be freely mingled on a piece of glass. Notice how the tile is clearly visible on the right, and is diffuse behind the cast pattern.

This technique can be applied to any of our patterns, as well as any custom design. This allows for a beautiful cast enclosure while maintaining clear portions. Where should the clear portions be? That's up to you.
